In addition, we will process your data for the time necessary to achieve the purposes listed in the table above (i.e. until our legal interest in processing ceases, or until you object to the processing, or until you withdraw your marketing consent – if you gave it to us). Further processing will only be possible if we, as the administrator, have a legal obligation to do so (in particular tax purposes) and possibly for archival purposes to protect ourselves against potential claims (until such claims become time-barred).

# Who do we share your data with?

In our activities we use the services of other cooperating companies, therefore your data may be entrusted by us to: the company providing us with software to run the Store, the accounting firm, the hosting provider of our Website, the hosting provider of our e-mail, other companies whose services and marketing tools we use. Your data is also transferred to courier companies and possibly payment intermediaries for the purpose of fulfilling your order, and these companies are separate controllers of personal data.

For the purposes of marketing activities described above in the "Cookies" section, we use services provided by entities based in the USA (Google, Facebook). If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will send you marketing information about our products and/or services, e.g. about new items in our offer, promotions, or special offers.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in each newsletter or by simply writing us a message.

A modern e-mail marketing system allows you to analyze the actions of recipients, i.e. tells us whether you have opened a given message. We analyze such information to better tailor the content of the newsletter and notifications to your interests and to send you personalized messages (profiling). You may object to our processing of your data at any time. If a subscriber is inactive for 10 months, we may stop sending them the newsletter.     2. Cookies of our Store's software provider
      • The software provider that powers our Store - i.e. owner of the shoper.pl platform - places cookies on our Website in order to collect aggregate information about how customers use online stores (subpages opened and time spent on them, products displayed, clicks on the Store website, analytical information about purchases, e.g. conversion factors).
      • This data is used to create aggregated reports for e-shop owners, containing general information (without personal data), including: about what products interest customers of a given store, at what time of year there is increased traffic or sales in stores, etc. This allows retailers (including us) to improve their stores and optimize their sales processes.
